To become a loyalty member, simply join with your name and email address. Joining the program indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

If an eligible purchase that earned points is returned or exchanged, those points will be deducted from your account at the same rate they were earned. Redeemed points used on returned reward products will be forfeited.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership by contacting enquiries@naturescare.com.au. Any remaining points or benefits not already redeemed will be forfeited.
